There are many opportunities to get top position in government or in private company. Some people argue that men should be many chances rather than women. However, some people believe that women have an ability as same as with men which consist of education, communication skills, leadership skill as well as managerial skills. I absolutely agree that women should get more opportunities to prove their quality and ability. In this essay will discuss that topic.
First of all, choosing someone to be a leader is not easy. People think that men are more strength than women. On the other hand, women are more qualified nowadays. Many women now are well educated. They study until post graduate or even become a doctor. They also have a good communication skill and managerial skill. For instance, Hilarry Clinton from The United States. She is Secretary of State in the United States. She can solve many conflicts in the world. She also manage her job appropriately. The most interesting thing that Hillary can be assertive.
In addition, actually women have a good managerial skill because they are manager in ther family. As a result, they will be a great leader because they are common to be a manager. Men and women should give the same opportunities because leadership is not relation with gender. If women have capability, smart, and well-educated, they obviously deserve to be a leader. Because of that women can work in the managerial area.
In conclusion, leadership and managerial skill can be learned by everyone. Women should obtain many changes to work in managerial position because some of them have a good ability and capability. Gender is not a crucial issue right now because everyone have the same position.
